Institutional Food Service

  Focus on the food service worker's role in health care food service with an emphasis on requirements under the Long-Term Care Homes Act. Introduces various food production, delivery, service systems, purchasing, receiving, storage and inventory. Quality management and costs controls will be addressed. Equivalent to: SAFEHCF40 or HSCI10064.
