Utilize Business Analysis techniques to empower stakeholders to embrace and implement change in their current work environment. Integrate design thinking and creative problem-solving approaches to engage and empower stakeholders to adopt new processes or technologies. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements that support change initiatives that meet the vision and strategic priorities of the organization.
