Course Description:
Use industry-standard business process principles and practices to automate, monitor, or optimize business processes that increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with stakeholders to create “as is” business process maps of the current work environment. Redesign and model new business processes (“to be”) for optimization to deliver lean and customer focused processes.
