Compare Canadian social, academic and workplace behaviours to those around the globe. Identify how different cultural beliefs and values can help develop awareness of appropriate verbal and non-verbal norms utilized in different cultures. Apply intercultural communication strategies to be more successful in global business interactions and multi-cultural environments.
